At the heart of my practice is the belief that true progress happens when technical skill is delivered with genuine care and connection.
My story, mission,
and values
After years of experience across various clinical settings, I opened Holism Integrative Wellness to create the kind of practice I had always envisioned — one where I could offer unhurried, fully personalized care, built around each person rather than a fixed protocol.
I combine my background in physical therapy and massage therapy with advanced manual therapy techniques to help people with complex, persistent, and often-overlooked pain.
At the heart of my practice is a commitment to attentive listening, thoughtful integration of specialized techniques, and unhurried, compassionate care, working patiently until real, meaningful progress is achieved.

My background
I was born in Denmark and raised in Australia. My professional
journey began with a Diploma in Remedial Massage from the
Australian College of Natural Medicine, followed by a Bachelor
of Exercise Science and a Master of Physiotherapy from Griffith
University.
Over more than 20 years as a manual therapist, I have continued
to build on that foundation through advanced training in
approaches that complement my clinical practice. My training
includes dry needling and manual lymphatic drainage, as well
as John F. Barnes Myofascial Release, Visceral Manipulation
with the Barral Institute, CranioSacral Therapy at the Upledger
Institute, and manual therapy for voice and swallowing disorders
with Walt Fritz.
Today, I bring these different areas of training together in a
personalized approach, using the techniques that best fit the
person in front of me rather than following a fixed protocol.
