Treatment Intensives

F O R  C O M P L E X,  L O N G - S T A N D I N G  C A S E S

For chronic, complex presentations that haven't resolved with standard, more spread-out treatment, I offer concentrated Treatment Intensives — multiple hours of hands-on work each day over several consecutive days or weeks, typically 10–20 hours across 4–10 days

This condensed format lets us work more deeply and consistently than weekly sessions allow, drawing on whichever combination of techniques best fits what you're experiencing.

The techniques are tools.
The person in front of me is the focus.

Not sure which approach is right for you?

That's okay. You don't need to know. We'll talk through your history,

FAQs

My condition isn't listed on your services page. Can you still help?

Many of the people I treat have conditions that don't fit neatly into a list, especially when it comes to complex or long-standing pain. Reach out and let's talk, not just about whether I can help, but whether I'm the right fit for you. That connection matters.

How long after a surgery can I start treatment?

Manual lymphatic drainage can begin even before surgery, and immediately afterward to support healing. For deeper work addressing fascial adhesions or scar mobility, it is recommend to wait at least 90 days to ensure incisions are fully healed.

What if I have a new injury?

I'm always happy to help with new injuries and I will do my best to fit you in as soon as possible.

Dry needling and lymphatic drainage, in particular, can be very effective for acute injuries like ankle sprains and back pain.

I just want a great massage, can you help?

Absolutely. Call me and we can work out the length and approach that's right for you.

Do you do mobile treatments?

Yes, treatments in your home can be arranged, with an added fee based on distance from the clinic.

I have an IUD, is that okay?

IUD's must be removed for any visceral and deeper and direct work to the abdomen and pelvic floor.

Do you treat if I am pregnant?

Please call me to see if I are the right provider for you at this time. Absolutely fine for lighter work, but deeper work needs to be addressed after birth and once you have had time to recover.

Do I need a doctor's referral?

No. Florida is a direct access state, so you can come directly for physical therapy and wellness services without a referral.

Do you take insurance?

I am out-of-network with insurance companies, but I'm happy to provide a superbill you can submit to your insurer for potential reimbursement.

Do you accept Medicare?

I am not enrolled with Medicare and do not bill Medicare for physical therapy services. Patients with Medicare are welcome to see me on a private-pay basis for services not covered by Medicare, such as wellness-focused massage therapy.

If you have questions about your specific situation, I'm happy to discuss what's appropriate for your needs.
