At the heart of my practice is the belief that true progress happens when technical skill is delivered with genuine care and connection

My story, mission, and values

Holism Integrative Wellness was founded to bridge clinical expertise with hands-on, attentive care for people who feel underserved by conventional approaches.

I combine physical therapy and massage therapy through personalized manual techniques to help people overcome complex, often-overlooked pain and restore lasting function.

At the heart of my practice is a commitment to attentive listening, thoughtful integration of specialized techniques, and unhurried, compassionate care, working patiently until real, meaningful progress is achieved.

Helene Flint
PT, LMT, Cert-DN, C-MLD

After years of experience across various clinical settings, Helene opened Holism Integrative Wellness to build the kind of practice she had always envisioned — one where she could offer unhurried, fully personalized care, built around each patient rather than a fixed protocol.

Born in Denmark and raised in Australia, Helene is a licensed Physical Therapist and Massage Therapist in the state of Florida. She earned her Diploma in Remedial Massage from the Australian College of Natural Medicine, followed by a Bachelor of Exercise Science and a Master of Physiotherapy from Griffith University.

She holds additional certifications in dry needling and manual lymphatic drainage, and has completed advanced training in the John F. Barnes Myofascial Release approach, Visceral Manipulation with the Barral Institute, CranioSacral Therapy at the Upledger Institute, and manual therapy for voice and swallowing disorders under Walt Fritz.

With over 20 years of experience as a manual therapist, Helene combines clinical expertise with heartfelt, compassionate care.

Helene and her family now call Miami home.
